Frequently asked questions
Why is the assessment $49?
A limited number of introductory Knee Performance Assessment vouchers are offered for $49 instead of the standard $250 evaluation price, making it easier to take the first step toward understanding what may be contributing to your symptoms.
Do you accept insurance?
And One Athlete is a cash-based physical therapy practice. This allows sessions to remain one-on-one and care to be based on your individual needs rather than insurance restrictions.
Am I committing to ongoing treatment?
No. Your first visit is the Knee Performance Assessment. If additional care is recommended, your options will be explained and you can decide whether And One Athlete is the right fit.
What if I’ve already tried physical therapy?
That’s okay. We’ll discuss what you’ve tried, what helped, what didn’t, and assess where you are now.
Do I have to stop running?
Not automatically. Your current symptoms, training load and goals will help determine what modifications may make sense.
